Flan Factory was founded in 2016 as a tribute to a West Tampa family’s Cuban roots and the recipes passed down through generations. Inspired by the founder’s abuela and her signature flan, the restaurant blends tradition with a modern touch, including the peanut-butter twist that reimagined the classic dessert. Today, this family-owned spot is dedicated to preserving authentic flavors and sharing the warmth and spirit of a true Cuban kitchen with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
Hours of Operation
Monday – Thursday: 8am – 10pm
Friday & Saturday: 8am – 12am
Sunday: 9am – 9pm
A 3% venue fee is added to all checks. This fee is retained by the restaurant to support operational costs including facilities, equipment, and overhead. It is not a gratuity and is not distributed to staff as a tip. Gratuity is at your discretion and added separately.
